The Company’s 2008 Annual General Meeting will be held in Gallery One at the Adelaide Festival Centre, King William Street, Adelaide on Tuesday, 28 October 2008 at 10:00am (Adelaide time).

A copy of the Chairman’s address and Chief Executive Officer’s address will be released via the ASX at the commencement of the meeting and will be available on the Company’s website at http://www.futuris.com.au/Announcements.mvc following receipt of delivery confirmation from the ASX.
