RE: Elcora Advanced Materials Corp.
I am an administrator for Endeavor Trust Corporation (“Endeavor”), which has been appointed by Elcora Advanced Materials Corp. (the “Company”) to complete the mailing for the Company’s Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on January 7, 2025.
On the 6th day of December, 2024, Endeavor mailed packages through Canada Post Corporation to each of the Company’s registered shareholders at the last address of each shareholder appearing on the register, excluding those holders who have had mail returned as undeliverable as of the close of business on November 22, 2024, a copy of the following:
A. Notice and Access Notification to Shareholders;
B. Form of Proxy; and
C. Request Form for Financial Statements.
