I am an administrator for Endeavor Trust Corporation (“Endeavor”), which has been appointed by Elcora Advanced Materials Corp. (the “Company”) to complete the mailing for the Company’s Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 21, 2026.
