Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 08[th] August 2023, to consider and approve, interalia, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended 30[th] June 2023.

Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 30[th] June 2023, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct For Prevention of Insider Trading, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, had already been closed w.e.f. 01[st] July, 2023, and the same shall re-open for trading in the securities of the Company on 11[th] August 2023.
