In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 6 of the Company’s Policy on determination of materiality of events with respect to its subsidiaries events and information which are material to the Company, and in furtherance to the disclosure filed with the Stock Exchanges on 28[th] March 2019 about the partial closure of the Hotel, The Oberoi Amarvilas, owned by the Company’s subsidiary Mumtaz Hotels Ltd from 11[th] April 2019 till 30[th] September 2019 for renovation of 53 rooms.

At the Board Meeting of the Company held on 5[th] November 2019, the Board was informed that the renovation of 53 rooms of The Oberoi Amarvilas have been completed and the rooms have been put into operation.
