EIOF – Report for Q2 2025
Eidesvik Offshore ASA (the “Company”) publishes its second quarter 2025 results.
For Q2, revenue and EBITDA were NOK 198.5 million and NOK 76.4 million respectively. EBITDA margin was 38%. Operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 29.1 million and result after taxes was NOK 30.1 million.
Fleet utilisation for the quarter was 98%.
Subsequent event: the Board of Directors decided a dividend payment of NOK 0.30 per share to be distributed to the shareholders. The ex-date is 28 August 2025.
