GAMBIER GOLD EXTENDS FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC – March 12, 2021 – Gambier Gold Corp. ( TSX-V: GGAU ) (the “Company” ) announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “ TSX- V”) further to the January 25, 2021, News Release announcing a flow-through private placement. The outside date upon which final acceptance of the Private Placement will be granted by the TSX-V has been extended to April 9, 2021. The Private Placement is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the final approval of the Exchange.
