Changeof publication date of periodic reports.TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza EFEKT S.A.withits registered office in Kraków, (hereinafter: "the Issuer" "theCompany"), in relation to the current report No. 2/2021 of 28 January2021 on the schedule for the transmission of periodic reports in 2021,shall make public the change in the dates of publication of reports:individual and consolidated annual report for 2020.

Originally, the dates ofpublication of the indicated reports were fixed:

individual & consolidatedannual report for 2020 as at 2 April 2021,

The new deadlines for thesubmission of the interim reports referred to above are:

- individual andconsolidated annual report 2020 - 12 April 2021.Theremaining dates and information indicated in current report No 2/2021are unchanged as of today.
