Supplement to Corrections to the periodic report for the first half ofthe financial year 2022

Management Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza _quot;efekt_quot; S.A. publishes asupplement to the correction to the condensed consolidated financialstatements for the first half of 2022, originally published on September5, 2022 and then corrected on October 15, 2022. The correction concernedthe disclosures in Note 6: Investment property.Along with thecorrection, the Management Board published the Independent Auditor'sReport on the review of the condensed Semi-Annual Consolidated FinancialStatements prepared as at September 5, 2022, as after consultation withthe auditor issuing the report, it was jointly agreed that there was noneed to issue a new report. The KNF Office was of a different opinionand issued a recommendation to the Company to carry out a re-inspection,which required a number of consultations as well as time and financialexpenditure.

Despite the lack of opinions accepting the position of the KNF, theCompany commissioned another review, which is attached.
