Korporacja Gospodarcza 'Efekt' S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer)hereby announces , pursuant to Article 70 point 1 of the Act on publicoffering and conditions for introducing financial instruments toorganized trading, and on public companies, that on May 11, 2020 itreceived from the shareholder of Rejonowej Spółdzielni Zaopatrzenia iZbytu Krzeszowice in Krzeszowice a notification, forwarded pursuant toArticle 69 para.1 point 2, on reducing the notifier'sinvolvement below 5% in the total number of votes in the Company.
