Notification oftransactions by a person related to a person discharging managerialresponsibilities, received pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 1 MAR.(Correction)TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza "Efekt" S.A. based in Kraków(hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer), acting pursuant to Art. 19paragraph 3 Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament andof the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuseregulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124 / EC,2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR Regulation") hereby informs thattoday the Company received a notification about the correction of thenotification of 1 December 2020, which the Company submitted on 1December 2020 in pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation("Notifications"). The correction of the report concerns the purchasevolume, as instead of the number of purchased shares, the numberrepresenting the value in PLN of the acquired shares was given bymistake.
