Receiptof full payment to the Issuer for the redemption of the debt security inthe form of a promissory note.TheManagement Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza _quot;Efekt_quot; SA with itsregistered office in Krakow (hereinafter also referred to as the_quot;Company_quot; or _quot;the Issuer_quot;) with reference to the information presentedin the current report ESPI No. 19/2021 of December 14, 2021 and itscorrections of December 18 2021, regarding the acquisition by the Issuerof a debt security in the form of an investment promissory note,announces to the public that yesterday there was a complete redemptionof the above-mentioned the investment note referred to in the currentreport ESPI 16/2021 and 19K/2021 with the redemption date on March 31,2022. Thus, the redemption of the promissory note took place before thedate of its payment. Due to the early repayment, an agreement was signedyesterday to change the discount. Originally, the promissory note sumwith the maturity date on June 30, 2022 was 5,200,000.00. After thechange as a result of early repayment, the promissory note total was4,930,000.00 and was settled in full.
