Changes in the composition of the members of the Issuer's SupervisoryBoard.The Management Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza _quot;Efekt_quot; S.A.with its seat in Krakow (hereinafter: the _quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;) announcesto the public that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of theCompany, pursuant to resolutions adopted on June 27, 2022, appointed anew member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board for a joint term of officein the person of: Mr. Jan Hambura .At the same time, the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of Shareholders dismissed Mr. Marcin Raszek from theposition of a Member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board. The reason forthe appeal has not been given.Mr. Jan Hambura declared in writingthat he meets all the criteria for candidates for a Member of theSupervisory Board of the Company.Attached to this report, the Issuerprovides the education, qualifications and positions previously held,along with a description of the professional work of the new Member ofthe Supervisory Board.Legal basis: § 5 point 4 _amp; 5 in connectionwith from § 9 _amp; 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the law of a non-member state.
