Election of members of the Supervisory BoardThe Management Board ofKorporacja Gospodarcza _quot;Efekt_quot; S.A. with its registered office in Krakow(hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;) informs that theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company, by resolution adopted onMay 16, 2022, appointed a new composition of the Issuer's SupervisoryBoard for a joint term of office: Ms Joanna Feder-Kawczyńska - Member Ofthe Supervisory Board, Ms Katarzyna Marciniec - Member of theSupervisory Board, Mr. Piotr Grabowski - Member of the SupervisoryBoard, Mr. Cyprian Kaźmierczak - Member of the Supervisory Board and Mr.Marcin Raszka - Member of the Supervisory Board.Attached to thisreport, the Issuer provides the education, qualifications and positionspreviously held, along with a description of the professional work ofthe new Members of the Supervisory Board.
