Information on the numberof apartments sold in Q4 2016

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to asthe ‘Issuer') hereby reports that:

- In Q2 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries sold 297 apartments onthe basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 162 apartments sold inQ2 2016);- In H1 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries havesold 554 apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to309 apartments sold from Q1 to Q2 2016);

- In Q2 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries concluded 58 finalcontracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients(compared to 129 such contracts concluded in Q2 2016);

- In H1 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have concluded 148final apartment sales contracts (compared to 175 final contractsconcluded from Q1 to Q2 2016).
