The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter referred to asthe ‘Issuer') hereby reports that:

- In Q3 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries sold 335 apartments onthe basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 194 apartments sold inQ3 2016);

- In Q1-Q3 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have sold 885apartments on the basis of preliminary contracts (compared to 503apartments sold from Q1 to Q3 2016);

- In Q3 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries concluded 238 finalcontracts which transferred the ownership of apartments to clients(compared to 211 such contracts concluded in Q2 2016);

- In Q1-Q3 2017 the Issuer and Issuer's subsidiaries have concluded 396final apartment sales contracts (compared to 386 final contractsconcluded from Q1 to Q3 2016).
