Description of the event

Pursuant to Article 69 Section 2 item 2) and Article 69a Section 1 item 3) in conjunction with Article 69 Section 2 item 2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), Mr. Tibor Veres, DAYTON-Invest Kft., WINGHOLDING Zrt., WING IHC Zrt., WING International Zrt. (collectively referred to as the "Parent Entities") and Lisala sp. z o.o. (the "Lisala" and together with the Parent Entities the "Notifying Parties") hereby notify that on 23 September 2025 two share transfer agreements pertaining to shares of Echo Investment Spółka Akcyjna (the "Issuer") were concluded between Lisala and (i) Linfield Enterprises Limited; and (ii) Ravashtul Investment Fundacja Rodzinna (the "Transfer Agreements").

As a result of the Transfer Agreements Lisala directly and the Parent Entities indirectly transferred in total 14,980,668 dematerialized ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer, constituting approximately 3.63% of the shares in the Issuer's share capital and of the total number of votes in the Issuer. Consequently, the number of shares held directly by Lisala and indirectly by the Parent Entities decreased, resulting in a reduction of their previous shareholding from over 33% of the total number of votes by at least 1% of the total number of votes.

Mr. Tibor Veres, DAYTON-Invest Kft., WINGHOLDING Zrt., WING IHC Zrt., WING International Zrt. are direct or indirect parent entities to Lisala in such way that: (i) WING International Zrt. is the majority shareholder of Lisala; (ii) WING IHC Zrt. is the sole shareholder of WING International Zrt. and indirectly a parent company of Lisala; (iii) WINGHOLDING Zrt. is the sole shareholder of WING IHC Zrt. and indirectly a parent company of Lisala and WING International Zrt.; (iv) DAYTON-Invest Kft. is the majority shareholder of WINGHOLDING Zrt. and indirectly a parent company of Lisala, WING International Zrt. and WING IHC Zrt.; and (v) Mr. Tibor Veres is the sole shareholder of DAYTON-Invest Kft. and indirectly a parent entity of Lisala, WING International Zrt., WING IHC Zrt. and WINGHOLDING Zrt.

The Notifying Parties are not related to any entity referred to in Article 69(4)(6) of the Act on Public Offering. The circumstances referred to in Article 69(4)(7)-(8) of the Act on Public Offering do not apply to the Notifying Parties. Other than DAYTON-Invest Kft., WINGHOLDING Zrt., WING

IHC Zrt., WING International Zrt. and Lisala there are no other direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Notifying Parties that hold shares in the Issuer, as referred to in Article 69(4)(5) of the Act on Public Offering.
