Tibor Veres

The majority owner of Wing Group. He is also the founder, together with his father, György Veres, of the legal predecessor of today's Wallis Group, which for several decades has been a leading investment firm on the Hungarian market. At present, he is the main owner of Wallis Group, the Chairman of its Board of Directors, he is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Graboplast and Wing Group. In addition to Wing, Wallis Group also includes Alteo Energy Services, which specialises in renewable energy production, AutoWallis, which incorporates the automotive subsidiaries of Wallis Group, Graboplast floor manufacturing company, home improvement chain Praktiker, Sharenow, a leading carsharing service company and Venturio, one of the most prestigious private investors in Hungary. Three of the companies he established are active on the Hungarian stock exchange as issuers of bonds and shares.

Tibor graduated with an MA in economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1986.

Tibor Veres jest większościowym właścicielem Grupy Wing. Wraz ze swoim ojcem György'm Veresem był współzałożycielem dzisiejszej grupy Wallis, która od kilku dekad jest wiodącym inwestorem na węgierskim rynku. Obecnie Tibor Veres jest głównym właścicielem grupy Wallis, Przewodniczącym jej Rady Dyrektorów; a także sprawuje funkcję Członka Rady Dyrektorów w Graboplast oraz w grupie Wing. Oprócz Grupy Wing, do Wallis Group należy również spółka Alteo Energy Services, która prowadzi działalność w obszarze produkcji energii odnawialnej, AutoWallis z branży motoryzacyjnej, spółka Graboplast produkująca podłogi, firma Praktiker z branży remontowej, Sharenow, wiodąca firma świadcząca usługi car-sharingu oraz Venturio, jeden z najbardziej renomowanych prywatnych inwestorów na Węgrzech. Trzy spółki założone przez Tibora Veresa są obecne na węgierskiej giełdzie papierów wartościowych jako emitenci obligacji i akcji.

Tytuł magistra ekonomii uzyskał na Moskiewskim Państwowym Instytucie Stosunków Międzynarodowych w 1986 r.
