The Management Board of EchoInvestment S.A. (the Issuer) hereby reports that today the Issuerreceived the statement from Mr. Marcin Materny from acting as the Memberof the Management Board on the resignation from membership in theIssuer's Management Board with effect on April 22, 2021.
Legal basis: § 9 § 5 section 4of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018concerning current and periodical information published by issuersof securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent the informationrequired by laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item757).
