Resignation of the supervisingpersons

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (theCompany) hereby reports that today the Company received resignationletters from Karim Khairallah, Laurent Luccioni and Sebastian A. Zilleson their resignation from membership in the Company's Supervisory Boardconditional upon the acquisition by WING IHC Zrt with its registeredoffice in Budapest, the Hungary ("WING IHC") of all the shares in theshare capital of Lisala sp. z o.o., a limited liability companyorganized and existing under Polish law (KRS: 0000532691) with itsregistered office in Warsaw at Al. Szucha 6, 00-582 Warsaw, Poland("Lisala"), holding, according to the notifications referred to in thecurrent report no. 42/2019, 55.96% of shares in the share capital of theCompany and 55.96% of votes at the generalmeetingof the Company (Transaction).

In relation to the Company's current report no.42/2019, the Company informs that the above-mentioned condition includedin the resignation letters was fulfilled as of 13 December 2019 and theresignations are effective.
