In accordance with DSV's Financial Calendar, the Company will publish its Q3
2012 Interim Financial Report on 25 October 2012. The report is expected to be
published before 8:00 a.m. CET.

DSV invites analysts, investors and others to participate in a teleconference
on 25 October 2012 at 2:00 p.m. CET.

At the conference Jens Bjorn Andersen, CEO, and Jens H. Lund, CFO, will present
the Q3 2012 Interim Financial Report. Participants will have the opportunity to
