DSV, 751 - MAJOR SHAREHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act it is hereby announced that UBS Group AG on 22 May 2019 has informed DSV that they have acquired shares and financial instruments in DSV A/S bringing their holding above 5% of the entire share capital and voting rights.

UBS Group AG holds:

• 834,412 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 (aggregate nominal value DKK 834,412), corresponding to 0.45% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights, and
• 10,512,053 shares and voting rights through financial instruments corresponding to 5.65% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights,

which in total amounts to 6.10% of the total share capital and of the voting rights in DSV.
