Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act it is hereby announced that UBS Group AG has informed DSV that UBS Group AG has reduced its holding of shares and other financial instruments with similar economic effect in DSV A/S to 590,911 shares, corresponding to 0.24% of the entire share capital and voting rights.
