This is to announce, pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading
Act that Wellington Management Company, LLP has informed DSV that the company
has increased its holdings to 8,863,265 DSV shares, corresponding to 8,863,265
voting rights. The holding of shares corresponds to 5.01% of DSV’s share
capital and voting rights.
