Act that BlackRock Inc. on 6 February 2012 has informed DSV that BlackRock Inc.
holds 9,512,947 DSV shares, corresponding to 9,512,947 voting rights. The
holding of shares corresponds to 5.01% of DSV’s share capital and voting
rights.
