This is to announce, pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading
Act that BlackRock Inc. on 7 February 2012 has informed DSV that BlackRock Inc.
has again reduced their holdings in DSV and that the holdings now represent
less than 5% of DSV´s share capital and votes.
