DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S ("DSV Air & Sea") acquires Campbell Freight Agencies Limited and Campbell Freight Agencies (Ireland) Limited.

Today DSV Air & Sea (a part of the DSV Group of companies) has signed an agreement with Alan Campbell and Mary Campbell on the former's acquisition of all the shares in the holding company Lileagh Properties Limited, which holds the wholly-owned subsidiary Campbell Freight Agencies Limited.

DSV Air & Sea has moreover signed an agreement with Alan Campbell, Ivor Miller and Steade Limited on the former's acquisition of all the shares in the holding company Groupex Freight Services Limited, which holds the wholly-owned subsidiary Campbell Freight Agencies (Ireland) Limited.

Campbell Freight Agencies Limited has an expected annual revenue of GBP 18 million. The company is situated in Northern Ireland.

Campbell Freight Agencies (Ireland) Limited has an expected annual revenue of EUR 9 million. The company is situated in the Republic of Ireland.

Both companies have a good reputation in the markets of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This is expected to strengthen the position of DSV Air & Sea in these markets.

Both acquisitions have been executed with effect from today, and DSV will consolidate the companies as of today. The acquisitions are not subject to approval from any authorities or any other approvals.

DSV Air & Sea has acquired the two enterprises to strengthen its global air and sea activities in general, and in particular to create a stronger platform in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The intention is to integrate both companies in the DSV Air & Sea Division. Group Management expects this integration to create operational as well as administrative synergies. The synergies are expected to be fully implemented within a two-year period. Following that period, the enterprises are expected to achieve an EBITA margin on a level with the rest of the DSV Air & Sea Division.

The parties have agreed not to publish the acquisition price.
