On 24 September 2019, an extraordinary board meeting was held in DSV A/S. The Board of Directors elected Thomas Plenborg as Chairman of the Board. Thomas Plenborg has been member of the Board of Directors since 2011 and, until today, he was Deputy Chairman.
Thomas Plenborg is Professor of Accounting and Auditing at Copenhagen Business School, he has executive management experience and holds several honorary offices.
Jorgen Moller has been elected as new deputy chairman.
