Egon Korsbæk resigns from the Supervisory Board of DSV A/S
Egon Korsbæk, a longstanding Supervisory Board member of DSV A/S, announced today that he will resign from the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
Mr Korsbæk states as the reason for his resignation that his continued involvement on the Supervisory Board of DSV A/S would be incompatible with his workload as a member of the Board of Directors of EHB Bank A/S.
The Supervisory Board has taken note of Mr Korsbæk's decision. At present, no replacement member will be elected for the Supervisory Board.
