Further to the announcement made on 19 July 2017, Drax confirms that David Nussbaum joined the Company as a non-executive director on 1 August 2017 as planned.

David Nussbaum has notified the Company that on 18 August 2017 he purchased 7,500 ordinary shares in Drax at a price of 315.0344 pence per share.

The shares are to be registered in his own name and the total number of ordinary shares in which David Nussbaum has an interest following this acquisition is 7,500.
