On 5 April 2016, Grants of Options were made through the Drax Group plc Sharesave Plan (the "Plan").  The options are in respect of ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each in the share capital of Drax Group plc of which there were 406,683,099 shares in issue at the time of the grants.

The interests of the under-noted directors and PDMRs have changed following each one being granted an option under the Plan.

The grants were made at nil consideration.
