On 30 April 2014, Grants of Options were made through the Drax Group plc Approved Savings-Related Share Option Plan (the "Plan").  The options are in respect of ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each in the share capital of Drax Group plc of which there were 404,699,059 shares in issue at the time of the grant.

The interests of the under-noted directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility have changed following each one being granted an option under the Plan.

The grants were made at nil consideration.
