The notifications below are all in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(b).

On 28 March 2013, Grants of Options were made through the Drax Group plc Approved Savings-Related Share Option Plan (the "Plan").  The options are in respect of ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each in the share capital of Drax Group plc of which there were 401,960,476 shares in issue at the time of the grant.

The interests of the under-noted directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility have changed following each one being granted an option under the Plan.

The grants were made at nil consideration.
