NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DIRECTOR DETAILS

Drax advises that Charles Berry, the Chairman and a non-executive director of the Company, is to relinquish one of his other plc board commitments. He will retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting of Securities Trust of Scotland plc ("STS") to be held on 16 July 2013 and will not stand for re-election. STS is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
