NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DIRECTOR DETAILS

Drax announced on 15 February 2013 that Charles Berry, the Chairman and a non-executive director of the Company, had been appointed as a non-executive director of The Weir Group PLC with effect from 1 March 2013. The Weir Group PLC is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Drax can now advise that Charles Berry has been appointed Deputy Chairman of The Weir Group PLC with immediate effect and he will take over as Chairman with effect from 1 January 2014. 

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
