Drax advises that David Lindsell a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of HellermannTyton Group plc with effect from 13 March 2013.

HellermannTyton Group plc has been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange today.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
