Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("Committee") held on Friday, July 31, 2020 the Committee has granted 1, 12,200 (One Lakh Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Only) Restricted Stock Unit options ("Options") under the Dr. Lal Pathlabs Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2016 ("RSU 2016"/ "Plan") to its employees. The Plan is in terms of SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.
