Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the Listing Regulations”)
Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the captioned subject and in continuation to our earlier intimation dated April 30, 2026 w.r.t. acquisition of 100% stake in Shahbazkers Diagnostic Centre Private Limited (“SDCPL”) and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Dr. Lal Pathlabs Limited (“the Company”) has completed the said acquisition on May 01, 2026 as per the terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement.
Pursuant to completion of said acquisition, SDCPL has now become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
The disclosure(s) as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 as amended from time to time, have already been duly intimated in the earlier intimation dated April 30, 2026.
