Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("Committee") held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 the Committee has granted 9,000 (Nine Thousand Only) Restricted Stock Unit options ("Options") under the Dr. Lal Pathlabs Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2016 (''RSU 2016"/ "Plan") to its employee. The Plan is in terms of SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.

The salient features of the Options are given in Annexure - 1.
