This is in reference to our letter dated March 3, 2024 whereby we have intimated that Mr. Bharath U, Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has resigned and requested to relieve him from the services of the Company, on or before May 20, 2024.

In this respect, we wish to inform you that the Company’s Management, basis Mr. Bharath’s request, had agreed today, to relieve him with effect from May 9, 2024 (closing of business hours).

The disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 has already submitted on March 3, 2024.
