welcomes Jerome Whelan as Chief Financial Officer**

Melbourne, Australia: Medical device company dorsaVi Ltd (ASX.DVL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerome Whelan as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Whelan is a highly regarded, globally experienced finance executive whose areas of expertise include financial operational management, corporate accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, change management, process redesign and new systems integration.

Most recently, Mr Whelan held the position of Australian Chief Financial Officer of SapientNitro,

the marketing, commerce and technology division of Sapient Corp (NASDAQ: SAPE). Prior to his return to Australia in 2010, Mr Whelan spent five years in New York in various executive level roles including US Finance Director of OMD and Global Finance Director of FutureBrand.

• Medical and physiotherapy: ViMove for assessing and treating low back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. ViMove is currently used by medical and physiotherapy practices in Australia and the United Kingdom. dorsaVi has obtained regulatory approval and is marketing and selling ViMove as a medical device in Australia and Europe. dorsaVi continues to seek FDA 510(k) approval to sell and market ViMove in the United States.
