Change of Company Auditor

Melbourne, Australia, 10 April 2026 – dorsaVi Limited (ASX: DVL) (“dorsaVi” or “the Company”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing rule 3.16.3, MVAB Audit Pty Ltd ( MVAB Audit ) has been appointed as auditor of the Company and MVAB Assurance ( MVAB Assurance ) has resigned as the Company’s auditor. ASIC has consented to the resignation in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act (Act).

The Company notes that the change of auditor arises from the incorporation of the existing audit practice and that there is no change to the audit engagement partner, audit team, audit scope or audit approach. The change is administrative and structural in nature only and does not reflect any audit, governance or independence concerns.

In accordance with section 327C of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting of shareholders to confirm the appointment of MVAB Audit as the Company’s auditors.

• Workplace: dorsaVi enables employers to assess risk of injury for employees as well as test the effectiveness of proposed changes to OHS workplace design, equipment or methods based on objective evidence. dorsaVi works either directly with major corporations, or through an insurance company's customer base with the aim of reducing workplace compensation and claims. dorsaVi has been used by major corporations including London Underground, Vinci Construction, Crown Resorts, Caterpillar (US), Boeing, Monash Health, Coles, Woolworths, Toll, Toyota, Orora, Mineral Resources and BHP Billiton.
