In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (SEBI Listing Regulations), we wish to place on record the following:

Retirement of Mr. Rajeev Talwar, CEO & Whole Time Director A.

Mr. Rajeev Talwar, who has been a Whole Time Director of the Company since 14th February 2014 and was elevated as CEO on 28th August 2015, has expressed his desire to retire, after a long and successful innings with DLF.

During his distinguished career with DLF, Mr. Talwar has been our representative in top industry associations to represent the real estate industry on key issues, with both the Union and State governments. Mr. Talwar has also ably led our business in East & west and delivered some important projects for us in these geographies. He has been an integral part of the leadership team at DLF and played an important role in its growth journey over the years.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held today considered and accepted the request of Mr. Talwar for retirement from the office of CEO & Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 31st March 2021.
