- The above consolidated financial results of DLF Limited ("the Company"), its subsidiaries, partnership firms (together referred as "the Group") and its joint ventures, joint operations and associates have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13 May 2026 and have been audited by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
- The figures for the last quarter i.e. 31 March 2026 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year up to 31 March 2026 and the unaudited published year-to-date figures up to 31 December 2025, being the date of the end of the third quarter of the financial year which were subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
- These consolidated financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, as amended. The said consolidated financial results represent the results of the Company, its subsidiaries, partnership firms (together referred as "the Group"), its joint operations and its share in the results of joint ventures and associates which have been prepared in accordance with the Ind AS-110 – 'Consolidated Financial Statement' and Ind AS-28 – 'Investment in Associates and Joint Ventures'.

- डीएलएफ लिमिटेड ("कंपनी"), इसकी सहायक कंपनियों, साझेदारी कर्मी (संयुक्त रूप से "समूह" के तौर पर संदर्भित) और इसके संयुक्त उद्यमों, संयुक्त प्रचालनों तथा सहयोगियों के समेकित वित्तीय परिणामों की लेखा परीक्षा समिति में समीक्षा कर ली है और निदेशक मंडल ने 13 मई 2026 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक में अनुमोदित कर दिया है। वित्तीय परिणामों का अंकेक्षण कंपनी के साविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों द्वारा किया गया है।
- अंतिम तिमाही अर्थात् 31 मार्च 2026 के आंकड़े, 31 मार्च 2026 तक के पूर्व वित्तीय वर्ष के संबंध में अंकेक्षित आंकड़ों और 31 दिसम्बर 2025 तक के अंकेक्षित प्रकाशित वर्ष-घर-वर्ष आंकड़ों के बीच संतुलन के आंकड़े हैं, जो वित्तीय वर्ष की तीसरी तिमाही की समाप्ति की तारीख है, जो साविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों द्वारा सीमित समीक्षा के अधीन थे।
- ये समेकित वित्तीय परिणाम यथा संशोधित कंपनी (भारतीय लेखा मानक) नियम, 2015 के साथ पठित कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 के अनुच्छेद 133 के अधीन यथा अधिसूचित भारतीय लेखा मानक (आईएमडी एएस) के मान्यता और मापन सिद्धांतों के अनुसार तैयार किए गए हैं। यथा वित्तीय परिणाम कंपनी, इसकी सहायक कंपनियों, साझेदारी कर्मी (संयुक्त रूप से "समूह" के तौर पर संदर्भित), इसके संयुक्त प्रचालनों और संयुक्त उद्यमों और सहयोगियों के परिणामों में इसकी हिस्सेदारी का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं जो कि आईएमडी एएस-110- समेकित वित्तीय विवरण' और आईएमडी एएस-26 - सहयोगियों और संयुक्त उद्यमों में निवेश' के अनुक्रम तैयार किए गए हैं।
