Sub: Board Meeting Notice
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of the Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 5[th] February, 2020 to consider & approve inter-alia :-
- i) Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/nine months ended 31[st] December, 2019.
ii) Declaration of interim dividend for the FY’2020.
Subject to declaration of interim dividend as above by the Board of Directors, the ‘ Record Date’ for determining entitlement of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the FY’2020 has been fixed to Thursday, 13[th] February, 2020 in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities by the designated employees of the Company has already been closed from January 01, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
This notice is also available on Company’s web-site www.dlf.in and on the Stock Exchanges web-site at www.nseindia.com and www.bseindia.com .
