• i. Re-appointment of Dr. Kashi Nath Memani as an Independent Director for a second term of 2 (two) consecutive years w.e.f. 1 April, 2019.
• ii. Re-appointment of Dr. Dharam Vir Kapur as an Independent Director for a second term of 2 (two) consecutive years w.e.f. 1 April, 2019.
• iii. Re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Bhasin as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. 1 April, 2019.
