Digitide Solutions Appoints Sameer Ahluwalia as CEO & Executive Director to Accelerate Global Growth and AI-Led Transformation

Bengaluru, India – 29 May 2026 – Digitide Solutions Ltd., an AI-first, digitally native business transformation company, today announced the appointment of Sameer Ahluwalia as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director (ED), effective June 1, 2026.

The appointment signals a clear strategic intent as Digitide enters its next phase of growth. As Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Sameer will drive the company's agenda with focused priorities — strengthening operational discipline, scaling its AI and Digital practice, improving profitability, accelerating large-deal acquisition, and expanding both domestic and international markets.

The appointment follows a significant phase of leadership under Gurmeet Chahal, who played an instrumental role in shaping Digitide's strategic direction and laying a strong foundation for its future growth. During his tenure, the company successfully completed its demerger from Quess Corp, strengthened its strategic focus, enhanced leadership depth and expanded its capabilities. The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to Gurmeet for his leadership and contributions and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.

Sameer brings more than two decades of global leadership experience in building, scaling, and transforming businesses across North America, Europe, the UK, and India. He has extensive expertise in driving profitable growth, turnaround & restructuring, P&L management and digital & AI initiatives.

Most recently, Sameer was associated with Alvarez & Marsal as Managing Director, where he focused on building a cross-border value creation and transformation practice catering to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and mid-market enterprises. Prior to this, as Group President at Firstsource, he led the transformation of a globally distributed BPM and B2B services organization, strengthening profitability, integrating acquired businesses, and repositioning the company toward technology-led and domain-focused services. Earlier, he was part of the founding leadership team that helped scale HCL Technologies' global BFSI-BPO and platform business, leading large-scale transformation and digital programs for global financial institutions.

Having worked extensively across global markets and diverse business environments, Sameer brings a unique blend of operational leadership, transformation expertise, and growth-focused execution that aligns strongly with Digitide's strategic priorities.
