Tremoko Oy Ab has subscribed directed share issue

The Board of Directors of Digitalist Group Plc (“Digitalist Group”) has accepted the share subscription made by Tremoko Oy Ab (12,500,000 shares) in connection with the directed share issue decided on 26 September 2017 by the Board of Directors of Digitalist Group. Tremoko Oy Ab subscribed for all the shares which were issued for subscription by it. The subscription price of the Shares is EUR 1,500,000 in total, which has been paid by Tremoko Oy Ab in connection with the subscription.
