Digitalist Group Plc structures its financing

Digitalist Group Plc’s (“Digitalist Group” or “Company”) has agreed on an increase of a credit limit to 1 million euros with Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish Branch. The credit limit is secured by a directly enforceable guarantee granted by Turret Oy Ab and Holdix Oy Ab to Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish Branch, amongst other things, as collateral for the liabilities of Digitalist Group and its subsidiaries (announced on 22 December, 2017). Turret Oy Ab and Holdix Oy Ab are the owners of Tremoko Oy Ab, which is the main owner of Digitalist Group.
