This is in continuation of our letter dated 17[th] May, 2023, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 17[th] May, 2023, recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Mehra (DIN: 00101328) as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 1[st] April, 2024, for approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

In relation to the above please note that Mr. Vivek Mehra vide his letter dated 18[th] August, 2023 has expressed unwillingness to seek re-appointment for the second term and therefore, the matter in respect of his re-appointment will not be taken up at the ensuing AGM. However, he continues to be the Independent Director of the Company till the end of his first term i.e. 31[st] March, 2024.
